28-SEP: Dominique Majecki (Glenlo Abbey Hotel & Estate) – Award-winning Executive Head Chef of the five star Glenlo Abbey and Estate in Galway, originally from Laval in the Pays de la Loire region of northwest France.
05-OCT: Bryan McCarthy (Greenes Restaurant Cork) – A West Cork native and multi award-winning chef, Bryan’s cooking is best described as terroir or locavore and based in a modern Irish style.
12-OCT: Ciara Brennan (Happy Food at Home) – Ciara runs a thriving home catering business and renowned market stall creating salads and savouries that combine beautiful flavours in her own unique style.
