Mustard Seed to celebrate Pigtown

Chef Angel Pirev at the award winning Mustard Seed in Ballingarry, Co Limerick has designed a special menu which will be available on Thursday September 17^th, the eve of Culture Night, to celebrate the launch of the 2020 Limerick Pigtown Culture and Food Series. 

Whilst pork will feature, thanks to Ballinwillin House Farm wild boar, there will be other delicious dishes to choose from to ensure everyone’s tastes are satisfied. 

Inspired by the history of Limerick’s famous bacon industry and developed by the Limerick Food Group, the inaugural ‘Pigtown Culture and Food Series’ took place in 2017.  This year’s programme features a number of themed menus at various locations as well as online cookery demonstrations. 

The Mustard Seed Pigtown 4-course menu is €49.00 per person and an overnight rate of €55.00 B&B per person sharing is available for dinner guests.  Advance booking is essential by phoning 069 68508.
